Pick up is available from DENISTONE WEST NSW 2114. Ready for Pick Up emails will be sent once order is ready, please also check your spam/junk mail for these emails. Once a pickup time and date has been arranged, pick up instructions will be sent.

As each and every product is made-to-order, your order will be dispatched up to 3 business days + shipping. Outside of this your order will be dispatched within 4 - 6 business days after payment has been received.

If you need your order quicker than this, please upgrade your shipping method at checkout. Express Shipping will rush your order and have your order jump to the front of the queue as priority inclusive of express shipping.

Due to the personalised/customised nature of our products, we do not accept any refund or exchanges, so please select carefully.
